Alder Creek Meadows is a eighty-one property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. The single family homes in Alder Creek Meadows must be at least 1400 but not more than 2500 square feet homes with a minimum of two car garages, thus they are a perfect fit for many owners or buyers. Building height is limited to thirty feet and the home must have 6/12 pitch roofs.

Alder Creek Meadows is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. Alder Creek Meadows property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the Alder Creek Meadows (Association). As a sub-association, Alder Creek Meadows has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.

When you are ready to build your dream home in Alder Creek Meadows, or if you are making changes to your existing home, you will need to obtain approval of the construction before you begin. Your project will need to be approved by both, the Alder Creek Meadows and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA’s Architectural Review Committees.
