Canyon View Homeowners Association is a sub-association of the Battlement Mesa Service Association (BMSA). Canyon View property owners belong to the BMSA and the Canyon View Homeowners Association. As a sub-association, Canyon View Homeowners Association has its own five-member board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.
