Welcome to Harman Park Owner’s Association
Harman Park Owner’s Association is a commercial property in uptown Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The development, which is located on the South side of Highway 160, consists of both developed and undeveloped properties and, auguably may be the most picturesque commercial development in Pagosa Springs.
The entire Harman Park development is situated in a beautiful Ponderosa Pine tree setting. Several of the lots have amazing mountain views.
Harman Park is already home to the Harman Park Branch of Wells Fargo, the Pagosa Bible Church, the Trinity Angelican Church, the Fred C. Harman III Law Enforcement Complex of Archuleta County and Pagosa Climate Controlled Storage. All lots already have access to public water and sewer and the community’s streets are owned and maintained by the Town of Pagosa Springs.
Prior to the formation of the Harman Park Owner’s Association, this area was home to the Fred Harman museum. According to the Lambiek Comiclopedia, “Fred Harman was an American comics artist, most famous for his western comics ‘Bronc Peeler’ (1933-1938) and ‘Red Ryder’ (1938-1965).
