Welcome to Riverbend

Riverbend is a townhome Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado which is located on the north side of the Rio Grande River.  All landscape, siding, masonry, soffits, fascia, garage doors, windows and exterior doors, excluding glass surfaces and skylights, are maintained by the Association.  Riverbend, like all South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.


Our Documents:

One four-plex of townhomes has been developed in River Bend and two additional parcels are still to be developed.  

 

Riverbend is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association.  Riverbend property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the Riverbend (Association).  As a sub-association, Riverbend has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.

Architects and Builders should submit application materials to RARC, 48 Club Estates Pkwy, Austin, TX 78735.  Note: If you are mailing Architectural Review materials to the above address, it is critically important that you email Scott Tracy at the time you mail the architectural review materials so that your application can be handled timely.  Please contact the Association Office at 970.285.7482 to obtain Scott Tracy’s email address.  In order to expedite the review process, please submit an application to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association Architectural Review Committee at the same time that you submit your application to the Riverbend Architectural Review Committee.
