Cliffside is a 25 property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. These single family homes which are a minimum of 1500 square foot homes with two or three car garages are a great choice for many owners or buyers. No outbuildings are allowed in Cliffside. Cliffside is named after the beautiful cliffs along the entire north side of the Village.

Cliffside is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. Cliffside property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the Cliffside (Association). As a sub-association, Cliffside has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.

When you are ready to build your dream home in Cliffside, or if you are making changes to your existing home, you will need to obtain approval of the construction before you begin. Your project will need to be approved by both, the Cliffside and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA’s Architectural Review Committees.
