La Lomita is a fifty property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. These single family homes of not less that 1500 square feet are allowed to have an unattached improvement with a minimum of 500 but not greater than 1500 square feet. La Lomita, like all of South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.

Nine of La Lomita’s fifty properties have been developed. Forty-one remaining lots have not been built-out, thus you may be able to acquire a lot from a private owner and build your dream home in La Lomita!
La Lomita is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. La Lomita property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the La Lomita (Association). As a sub-association, La Lomita has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.

When you are ready to build your dream home in La Lomita, or if you are making changes to your existing home, you will need to obtain approval of the construction before you begin. Your project will need to be approved by both, the La Lomita and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA’s Architectural Review Committees.
