Welcome to The Reserve
The Reserve is a thirty-eight property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. These single family homes have a minimum of two car and a maximum of four car garages. Most lots allow outbuildings; however, lots three – fourteen do not. The Reserve, like all of South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.

The Reserve is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. The Reserve property owners belong to both the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the The Reserves (Association). As a sub-association, The Reserve has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.
