Fairway Glen is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. Fairway Glen property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the Fairway Glen (Association). As a sub-association, Fairway Glen has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.

When you are ready to build your dream home in Fairway Glen, or if you are making changes to your existing home, you will need to obtain approval of the construction before you begin. Your project will need to be approved by both, the Fairway Glen and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA’s Architectural Review Committees.
