Welcome to The Timbers
The Timbers is a twenty property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. These single family homes must have a minimum of 1800 square feet of floor space and either two or three car garages. No out buildings are allowed on lots three through fourteen; however outbuildings are allowed on the remaining lots provided they can not be seen from the roadways or from another residence. Outbuildings must match the house. The Timbers, like all of South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.

The Timbers is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. The Timbers property owners belong to both the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the The Timbers (Association). As a sub-association, The Timbers has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.
