Monument Ridge Homeowners Association is a twenty property, single-family home association near Battlement Mesa, Colorado. These 2,000 and up square foot homes situated on acreages up to thirteen acres provide an open setting that takes full advantage of the views and of the terrain.
This “semi-rural” covenant protected homeowners association allows out buildings of up to 2,000 square feet meaning that owners can have sufficient room to store their “toys.” Many Monument Ridge homes have amazing views of the surrounding valley, the “Roan Plateau” and the majestic battlements for which Battlement Mesa was named.

Although Monument Ridge is near the community of Battlement Mesa, it is not part of the Battlement Mesa Service Accociation, (the Battlement Mesa Master HOA) thus owner’s need not pay assessments to a master association yet they reap the benefits of being a covenant protected community. Monument Ridge is managed by a three-member board of directors.
