River Greens

Welcome to River Greens

River Greens is a forty-five  property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado.  These single family homes, of not less than 2000 square feet with two or three car garages, are not allowed to have basements unless they are located on lots 1, 30 or 31.  No basements are allowed on any of the other lots due to the proximity to the Rio Grande River.  River Greens, like all of South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.

River Greens is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association.  River Greens property owners belong to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the River Greens (Association).  As a sub-association, River Greens has its own Bylaws, Covenants, Architectural Design Guidelines and Architectural Review Committee.
