South Fork Ranches

The South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association’s  Architectural Review Committee is tasked with assuring that all new construction meets the Architectural Standards. 

All new construction in South Fork Ranches must be reviewed and approved by the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association’s Architectural Review Committee before any work is done.  Additionally, new construction in Alder Creek Meadows, Cliffside, Fairway Glen, La Lomita and River Greens Sub-Associations must be reviewed and approved by the respective sub-association’s Architectural Review Committee. 

If you are planning to build in South Fork, and we hope that you are, please submit your Architectural Application early so that your construction is not delayed. 

Note: In addition to digital copies of construction plans, two 24″ copies of of the blue prints are required.  One copy will be returned to you. 

Note: In addition to obtaining approval from the Sub-Association and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA, all new construction in South Fork Ranches, except River Greens, must obtain a building permit from Rio Grande County.  More Information Here.

River Greens is within the Town of South Fork city limits, thus a building permit will be required from the Town of South Fork.

When you are ready to build your dream home in South Fork Ranches, or if you are making exterior changes to your existing home, you will need to obtain approval of the construction before you begin.  Your project will need to be approved by both, the Sub-Association and the South Fork Ranches Master HOA’s Architectural Review Committees.
