The South Fork Ranches Board of Directors consists of eleven board members who serve three year terms. Since there are no term limits, board members may serve multiple terms. Each Sub-association appoints one representative from its board of directors to serve as a director on the South Fork Ranches Master HOA Board. Board Members serve staggered terms.

Common Assessments
Common assessment payments are due annually on January 1st. A new budget is formulated annually, thus the assessment amount may change from year-to-year.
Assessment payments can be made by check payable to the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and mailed to 46 East Ridge, Ste. 100, Battlement Mesa, CO 81635 or by Direct Debit (ACH) to your checking or savings account. Payments are due on January 1st and are delinquent if not paid by the first of the month following the due date.
The Association’s Board of Directors reviews and approves a new budget each year before it is presented to the Members for ratification at the Association’s Annual Meeting which is held on the 4th Saturday of August. The Association’s budget year is the calendar year. Statements are emailed/mailed to all owners in December and are due on January 1st.
