Welcome to The Ridge
The Ridge is a ninety-seven property, single-family home Sub-Association in South Fork Ranches in South Fork, Colorado. The single family homes in The Ridge must be no less than 2400 square feet exclusive of any basement square footage with a minimum of a two car enclosed garage. All exterior surfaces of the structures must be of natural composition, i.e. wood, rock, stucco, or comparable looking synthetic material. Roofs must be a minimum of 6-12 pitch. No mobile or UBC homes are permitted in The Ridge and no recreational vehicles or camper units are allowed.
Many of the lots in The Ridge have great views of the river, the valley and the Rio Grande Club & Resort.
No exterior buildings are allowed. The Ridge, like all of South Fork Ranches, is a covenant protected community.

The Ridge is a sub-association of the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association. The Ridge property owners belong to both the South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association and the The Ridge (Association). As a sub-association, The Ridge has its own board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements.
