South Fork Ranches

Welcome to South Fork Ranches

South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association, (commonly called South Fork Ranches) is a Planned Unit Development & Master Association located at South Fork, Colorado.  South Fork Colorado and South Fork Ranches are located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass.  The community serves as a gateway to the beautiful San Juan mountains in Southern Colorado.

The South Fork Ranches Master Homeowners Association was organized in 2002 and includes eleven communities – sub-associations.  The eleven sub-associations offer a wide variety of housing options including “on the golf course” or “in the trees” and even “on the river” as well as assorted lot sizes.  We’re confident that you will find exactly the right home to fit your needs.

And, several excellent building sites are available if you want to purchase a lot and build your dream home in a four-season but mild climate of  beautiful Southern Colorado.

This covenant protected community of custom-built homes is situated along the Rio Grande River just seventeen miles from the renown Wolf Creek Ski area and only 20 miles from the historic Creede, Colorado community.

You’ll love the views!  You’ll love the nearby Rio Grande Club and Resort!  You’ll love the Fly Fishing!  You’ll love being this close to the Wolf Creek Ski Area!  And you’ll love having the San Juan Mountains at your back door!  In fact, we think that you will love everything about South Fork Ranches.
