This Request for Variance must be used if you want to make changes to your New Home Construction project AFTER your Application has been approved by the Architectural Review Committee.

The Architectural Review Committee understands that once the actual construction begins on a new home, minor modifications may be desired due to material availability, soil conditions, or other construction issues, thus a owner/builder may want to vary from the approved Application. Please use this form to request these changes BEFORE proceeding with any significant variation from the approved application. This form is Intended for use to request variances from a previously approved New Home Construction Application and SHOULD NOT be used for requesting a variance from a PENDING or PLANNED New Home Construction Application.
