Park Avenue CCIOA Disclosures
The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requires associations to make annual disclosures. One option for providing this information is to post the required information on an internet web page as our association has done here. Park Avenue Villas qualifies as a “small association” and is exempt from nearly all of CCIOA.
