Knollridge Townhomes Antennae and Satellite approval request.

If you want to install an antennae or satellite dish, please complete and submit this online application. The association will review your application and either approve your request, approve your request with conditions or deny the request. We recommend that you plan ahead by submitting the application at least five (5) days before the planned installation date. Note: The association will normally not approve the application if the intent is to install the antennae or satellite dish on the roof.

I/We, as owner of this property, understand that the approval by the Knollridge Townhomes Association Review Committee DOES NOT constitute an approval by the local building department or other regulatory body and that I/We are solely responsible for obtaining any and all required permits and for any and all costs of installation.

I have read and agree to be solely responsible for all costs of repair or replacement if this device is removed for any reason.
I/We, as owner of this property, understand that if I/We remove this installation from this Knollridge Townhomes Association lot that I will be solely responsible for the repair or replacement that may be required to return the property to its original appearance and weather proof condition.
