The Jackson Heights at South Fork Board of Directors consists of three board members who serve three year terms. Since there are no term limits, board members may serve multiple terms.

Many of the Board of Directors meetings are telephone or Zoom meetings. If you wish to participate in a telephone or Zoom meeting, please contact the Association office to obtain the necessary information to join the meeting.

Common Assessments
Common assessment payments are due annually on January 1st. A new budget is formulated annually, thus the assessment amount may change from year-to-year.
Assessment payments can be made by check payable to the Jackson Heights at South Fork Homeowners Association, Inc. and mailed to 46 East Ridge, Ste. 100, Battlement Mesa, CO 81635 or by Direct Debit (ACH) to your checking or savings account. Payments are due on January 1st and are delinquent if not paid by the due date.
The Association’s Board of Directors reviews and approves a new budget each year before it is presented to the Members for ratification at the Association’s Annual Meeting which is held oat a date and time chosen by the Board of Directors. The Association’s budget year is the calendar year. Statements are emailed/mailed to all owners in December and are due on January 1st.
