| General Information -Road Information | Grass Mesa HOA owns all of the roads in the Association. Prospective owners should note that this is a rural HOA and that winter conditions will require a four-wheel drive vehicle. Additionally, 2.2 miles of Grass Mesa Road is a steep, narrow, winding road and the only access to Grass Mesa. |
| General Information – Trash Service | The Association DOES NOT provide trash services. There may be other firms that pick up trash on Grass Mesa; however, it is our understanding that VIP, 970.945.9228 goes to Grass Mesa. |
