Road Snow Removal Association plows the initial 2.2 miles of Grass Mesa Road, beginning from the Grass Mesa Road & Colorado 319 junction, plus Mustang, Coyote.  Caerus is responsible for plowing the remaining Grass Mesa roads (until they no longer have operations within Grass Mesa HOA.
Road Maintenance Association maintains the initial 2.2 miles of Grass Mesa Road, beginning from the junction of Grass Mesa Road & Colorado 319, plus Mustang, Coyote.  Caerus is responsible for maintaining the remaining Grass Mesa roads (until they no longer have operations within Grass Mesa HOA).

General Information -Road Information Grass Mesa HOA owns all of the roads in the Association.  Prospective owners should note that this is a rural HOA and that winter conditions will require a four-wheel drive vehicle.  Additionally, 2.2 miles of Grass Mesa Road is a steep, narrow, winding road and the only access to Grass Mesa.  
General Information – Trash Service The Association DOES NOT provide trash services.  There may be other firms that pick up trash on Grass Mesa; however, it is our understanding that VIP, 970.945.9228 goes to Grass Mesa.
HB 21-1229 Record Requirements – Fees.  Status letter fee is $60 and a Transfer fee of $100 is charged at the time of sale.  Status Letters must be requested through www.AssociationOnline.com
