Knollridge Townhomes Association is a twenty-eight unit townhome development in Rifle, Colorado. The seven structures of four townhomes each are located in Northwest Rifle on the north side of West 24th. Street.
The townhomes include both two and three bedroom units. Some units, but not all, include a detached single car garage. Each unit has a fenced back yard. In addition, all units have a storage building in the back yard.

In addition to some of the best elk hunting in the state, Rifle is in the heart of the region’s fly fishing. During August, Rifle is host to the Garfield County Fair. Residents and visitors enjoy getting back to nature at Rifle Gap State Park and Rifle Falls State Park for fishing, camping, boating and swimming in cool Rocky Mountain water.
The Garfield County Regional Airport, based in Rifle, offers private pilots one of the regions safest and least crowded general aviation airports.

Rifle’s city streets -West 24th and West 25th – run the full length along two sides of Knollridge Townhomes Association. As a resident of Knollridge Townhomes you may be tempted to park your vehicle on the street by Knollridge Townhomes. Please be forewarned that the City of Rifle has a code that regulates street parking. Vehicles which are parked on a city street for more than 72 hours can be towed.
