The Battlement Mesa Service Association Board of Directors has accepted a proposal from a local contractor to install weed barrier, an irrigation system, landscape decorative rock and trees and bushes in a section of West Battlement Parkway from Crown Peak Baptist Church to the lower Willow Creek Village entrance. This project, which is a part of the BMSA’s plan to enhance all of the medians in the four mile long Battlement Mesa Parkway loop, will begin in the fall of 2016 but most likely will not be completed until the Spring of 2017.
The BMSA Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month at 9 AM. The meetings are open to the public and Battlement Mesa owners and residents are encouraged to attend. The BMSA meetings are held at the Grand Valley Recreation Center at 401 Arroyo Drive in Battlement Mesa.
